Dr. Samuel Kwofie is a Policy Planning Analyst trained from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and has over 15 years experience in Policy planning, Governance and Management, Statistical Modeling, lecturing,  Grants Proposal Writing, local governance, Water and Sanitation issues and organizational development. He has extensive experience with local and civil society organizations with comprehensive knowledge in developing country context. He has tremendous credentials in the use of Participatory Methodologies and Goal Oriented Project Planning (GOPP). He has been actively involved in the District/Local level planning, training of opinion leaders and strategic planning.
