Services

What the Hub does for a venture, from the first idea to the room with an investor in it.

Step 1

Startup ideation and validation

Working an idea into something testable, and testing it against a real market before time and money go into building it.

Step 2

Business model development

Shaping how the enterprise will make money, reach its customers and hold together as it grows.

Step 3

Mentorship and coaching

Regular sessions with mentors who have built and run businesses, matched to the stage the venture is at.

Step 4

Technical and commercialisation support

Help with product development, prototyping and the route from a working prototype to something that can be sold.

Step 5

Access to funding opportunities

Guidance on the grants, competitions and investment a young enterprise can realistically reach, and support in going after them.

Step 6

Networking and industry partnerships

Introductions to industry, development partners and the wider innovation ecosystem in Ghana.

Step 7

Capacity building workshops

Practical workshops on the skills a founder needs — finance, marketing, operations, leadership.

Step 8

Pitch preparation and investor readiness

Building the pitch, the numbers behind it and the confidence to deliver it to an investor or a panel.

How it works

Support that matches the stage you are at

Not every venture needs every service. A team with an idea and nothing else starts at validation; one already selling starts at the business model, or at investor readiness. The Hub works out where you are before it puts anything in front of you.

Everything is delivered on campus, by mentors and staff of the Hub and its partners.
