Ryan Kusi Osei-Asibey holds an M. Phil in Food Science and technology. He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Food and Postharvest Technology, which is part of the Faculty of Applied Science and technology in Koforidua Technical University, Ghana. He has attended several workshops and academic seminars. His poster was adjudged the best poster at the 1st Faculty of Biosciences Seminar and Poster Day, KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana, held in November 2017. Before enrolling in his second-degree program, he was into the development of novel food products such as the use of plant milk in yogurt production. Also, as a production supervisor in Quama Food Processing Company Limited during his national service, he supervised the student projects and trained the production workers in food safety, sensory evaluation, and workplace ethics. Aside from academics, he is interested in writing devotional messages and creating Christian content.
