Joseph Numo Narteh Kofi is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional serving as an Accountant in the Finance Directorate of Koforidua Technical University (KTU). He has built a strong career in financial management, accounting, and institutional financial administration, contributing significantly to the University's financial operations and governance.

He plays a key role in the preparation of the University's financial statements and currently serves as the Faculty Accountant for the Faculty of Business and Management Studies (FBMS), where he provides financial management, budgeting, and accounting support to the faculty. His responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting decision-making through financial reporting, and promoting prudent resource management.

Prior to his current role, he served as Accountant for the University's Income Generating Unit (IGU), overseeing the financial operations of strategic income-generating and service units, including the Automotive Centre, University Clinic, University Driving School, and University Restaurant. He also serves as the Accountant for the Students' Representative Council (SRC), where he is responsible for financial administration and the preparation of annual financial statements.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Joseph has demonstrated leadership and commitment to financial stewardship through his service in The Church of Pentecost. From 2023 to 2026, he served as Chairman of the District Finance Committee of the Koforidua District, providing oversight and guidance on financial administration, accountability, transparency, and resource management.

He is passionate about leveraging accounting, finance, and data analytics to enhance institutional performance and support evidence-based decision-making.
