Richard Asante-Amoah is a sound and progressive leader, an entrepreneur, strategic
manager, corporate governance and supply chain expert, business modular, community
advocate, teacher, and developer.

A dynamic and versatile young man vested with managerial, entrepreneurial, and a lot of
leadership skills. A Fellow and an Integrated Supply Chain Management Practitioner, a holder of
an MBA in Strategic and Consultancy Management, Professional Member of the Institute of
Directors- Ghana (Corporate Governance), Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management,
Advance Diploma in Project Management among others with more than 25years practicing in
General and Supply Chain Management environment with Energy, Service, Manufacturing,
Banking and Mining industries.

I have worked with a number of institutions, such as the Electricity Company of Ghana, Shifa
Plastic Manufacturing Company (Ghana & Nigeria), Stravents Limited, Standard Chartered
Bank Ghana, Barclays Bank Ghana, Anglogold Ashanti – Ghana.

As an entrepreneur and Business & Management Consultant, I have modeled several
businesses such as Strategic Reformers Ventures, SRvent Ghana Limited, Stravents Limited
and now StratGroup of Companies duly registered UK and USA, NeuPrint Limited all in
Ghana. I have also supported many small, medium, and large companies and institutions to
thrive in Ghana and beyond, including the revamping and effectiveness project of Chartered
Institute of Supply Chain Management, Ghana.

I am also a Founding Member/Co-Owner and an Executive Director in-charge of the Administration of MTF Synergies – Ghana; an Oil and Gas intermediary venture, Managing Partner at Blueprint Consult; A Human Resource Management Consulting, Board Chairman – of Spearhead Networks
Limited, Governing Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain – Ghana.
Richard also served on the Governing Council of Koforidua Technical University, as a Council
Member for over 10 years and had the privilege to be involved with various committees of the
Board activities in several capacities, an Entity Tender Committee Member of the University of
Ghana Medical Centre. I was elected in June 2022 to the International Federation of
Procurement and Supply Management global Board – Finland, and was also appointed as the
Chairman of the Africa Region.

I have lectured on Supply Chain, Sustainability Management, and Business Practice as a visiting
lecturer at George Mason University, North Virginia Community University, and Howard
University all in the United States of America. I have been lecturing at the Chartered Institute of
Supply Chain Management, and facilitated many courses, training sessions, and high level
events such as CEOs Forum in Ghana.
I am an ardent proponent of the strategic base, total quality, best service delivery, efficiency,
optimization and risk management with a firm target for sustainability only, not just profit.
I have four (4) children; two boys and two girls.
My mantra is “Never say you have arrived until you arrive”
