Koforidua Technical University wishes to inform all students and the University community that the Technical University Teachers' Association of Ghana (TUTAG) has officially called off its industrial strike action.
Following this development, academic activities will resume as scheduled below:
Resumption of Lectures
- Morning Students: Monday, 2nd November 2026
- Weekend Students: Friday, 6th November 2026
All students are advised to take note of their respective resumption dates and make the necessary arrangements to ensure their readiness for the continuation of teaching and learning activities.
Students are further encouraged to familiarise themselves with their respective lecture timetables and report for academic activities as scheduled.
The University looks forward to welcoming students back to lectures and encourages everyone to cooperate in ensuring a smooth continuation of the 2026/2027 academic year.
This announcement is in accordance with the official notice issued by the Office of the Registrar on 30th October 2026, signed by Mr. Timothy Fiadzoe, Head of Division (Human Resource), for the Registrar.
